Sunderland’s future stars made it through to the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup by beating Preston 3-2 last night…
Goals from Jamie Chandler, Robbie Weir and Nathan Luscombe won the game for Sunderland, playing in front of Roy Keane at the Stadium of Light.
Sadly the match was marred by a bad injury to Chandler, who suffered a broken tibia and was stretchered off before half time.
