Three of Sunderland’s youngsters are wanted by various clubs to go out on loan during the January transfer window.
Winger Duncan Watmore is wanted by English clubs while midfielder George Honeyman, and Moberg Karlsson could be in for a spells out on loan in Scotland.
Summer acquisition Watmore has a few Football League clubs interested in his services although Hartlepool and Carlisle are leading the way with both clubs having their respective managers at the U21 game against Stoke on Monday to keep tabs on the player.
Scottish Championship side Dundee are said to be very interested in19-year-old Honeyman, he took part in a friendly against Hearts last week which was held behind closed doors, and word is that he made quite an impression.
Dundee are also contemplating a loan move for Karlsson.
