Sunderland have been linked with Livorno striker Paulinho (among others), however it would appear they’ll be definitely priced out of this one!

A number of clubs, including both Milan clubs, have shown an interest in the Brazilian but Livorno president Aldo Spinelli, as quoted in The Chronicle Live, has warned those interested they’ll have to pay the price.

He said: ‘The boy is liked by both Milan and Inter but they lack the most important thing necessary to sign him – money!

‘I’m now waiting for some important offers to be made by a number of Russian clubs.

‘Once it becomes clear how much these sides want to invest then we’ll decide what to do about his future.’

A reported £10m is being asked and that isn’t a figure that The Black Cats are likely to be willing to match!
