It’s the November international break as we know, so which team would make a battery manufacturer proud and which particular rabbits are already starting to show overuse?
I could make other references, but I’m not childish or immature – I’ll leave those to your own imaginations!
Talksport have put in the miles on this comparison so to speak, and it’s the simple and pretty standard – from August to November so far – which teams in the Premier League have been focused on putting in their kilometres, and which teams have stood watching them.
Obviously, this is not overly going to tally with relevant success in the top flight so far – wins, goals or points – as some players will runaround like a headless chicken thinking it helps, and others wait patiently and better bide their time.
But as ever, it does throw up some interesting table results.
