Former Sunderland manager Paolo Di Canio cant like Rotherham very much as he has applied to be their manager for a second time says the Daily Mail.
The Italian applied for the job in September when Steve Evans was shown the door although he did not even get an interview, now the manager who got the job, Neil Redfearn, was sacked on Monday and Di Canio is trying his luck again.
Di Canio left Sunderland amidst something of a player revolt and lasted just 13 games after originally keeping the club in the top flight in the 2012-13 season.
The following season the club picked up just one point from the opening five games.
Redfearn left the Millers just four months into a two and a half year deal and its thought that the club are looking to make a quick appointment, having not named a caretaker boss.
