Bridcutt was impressed with how the team performed throughout the game and thinks that the full three points was no more than they deserved.
Bridcutt told safc.com“We all knew today`s game was important and it feels great to get the win, the dressing room is buzzing.’
Bridcutt also singled out the two strikers Connor Wickham and Jermain Defoe who both put in a good shift and weighed in with a goal each.
He went on: “The two strikers were the difference for us today. We`ve been saying how much we`ve needed goals and they`ve gone out and delivered for us’.
