Borini’s Agent Says Move Is A No-Go.

Fabio Borini`s agent has said once again that he expects the player to stay with Liverpool despite the interest from Sunderland.

It’s been well documented just how highly the striker is thought of at the Stadium of Light after his impressive performances for the Black Cats last season while on loan with the club.

And its been no secret about the club’s desire to sign the striker on a permanent basis.

But not only is the player keen to remain at Anfield, boss Brendan Rodgers also insists that the player is part of his plans for the future.

His agent Marco De Marchi said to the Italian press last night: “So far, Liverpool have not received any communication regarding his transfer.

“I would not be surprised if there were other clubs who want him, because I consider him a complete striker.

“But for the moment, all I can say with certainty is that Fabio has returned to Liverpool to stay.”
