Barcodes About To Lure Colback?

Newcastle United are about to step in with a bid for Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback.

The 24-year-old has been at the Stadium of Light for the last six years but his contract runs out in the summer.

Aston Villa and West Ham United have both been monitoring the situation and one or the other were favourites to get his signature, that was until the Barcodes showed an interest.

Colback was a boyhood supporter of our neighbours and is reported to be keen on the idea.
