Youngster Joins Darlington

Sunderland youngster Adam Mitchell has joined Darlington until the end of the season.

The player can play up front or on the wing and he goes straight into the squad for today`s game at Prescot Cables.

4The youngster has been a regular in the club’s reserve side but has made one appearance for the senior side, that came in the final match of last season when the Black Cats played Tottenham.

Mitchell played against Darlington in a pre-season friendly last summer and is the elder brother of David, the Darlington youth team player that has been a substitute in recent games.
