Sunderland manager Roy Keane is confident of a Sunderland win in this weekends eagerly anticipated derby match.
Keane told Sky Sports ‘I think it’s a great game for us on the back of a few disappointing results and obviously Newcastle had a disappointing result themselves last weekend”
‘It’s just before the international break and it would be nice to go into the break with a positive result.
‘We are all looking forward to that.’
‘I think Newcastle will be a lot more happy than us in terms of points – they’ve got eight extra points than us, so they’d be happier.”
‘But the expectations up here, whether you are a Newcastle fan or a Sunderland fan, they want that bit more, but we have to focus on ourselves.”
‘We certainly need positive results at home and we are trying to get them.’

really confident!
Definatley going to be a draw. 2-2 and letting a 2 goal lead slip.
I’d feel confident if I watched Newcastle open up for Pompey last week!
I guess he´ll need that confidence if they take a hiding this weekend.
could have been a lot worse…..especially against the magpies….
