Sunderland are determined not to rush back centre back Nyron Nosworthy from injury.
Sunderland manager Roy Keane told safc.com “Nyron is doing a bit of jogging but it was a bad hamstring injury, it was almost a rupture, it was nearly off the bone.”
“He’s a quick healer and he’s been keen to get back but it’s a delicate injury. It would be madness to rush him back. He’s probably still two weeks away.”

It`s best not to rush him back even if he has been a huge miss, hopefully after he has overcome his current injury he will be fit for the rest of the season.
