Leeds United are in talks regarding taking Connor Wickham on loan until the end of the season according to reports.
The Daily Mail says that the 20 year old would be allowed to join up with the Yorkshire outfit now that Steven Fletcher is ready for action once again.
Wickham has already been out on loan at Leeds’ rivals Sheffield Wednesday and he scored against Leeds last month so they know just what he can do.
Wickham came back to Sunderland in January after scoring eight times in 11 appearances for Wednesday, but he is still not been able to command a regular place in the Sunderland side.

Why not keep Wickham get rid of Altidore? That would make more sense to me.
How is he supposed to command a place when he is always on the bench only getting ten minutes here and there?
