Huddlestone Deal Close

The signature of Tottenham’s Tom Huddlestone should be secured by Sunderland shortly.

An interest in Huddlestone first surfaced last month, talks have been quietly ongoing and a deal could be confirmed by the weekend if reports are correct.

Sunderland are expected to part with £5m for the England international, who would prove to be a good addition to the Black Cats’ midfield options, especially if he can stay relatively injury free!
