Sunderland manager Steve Bruce has admitted he`ll be watching the friendly between England and Ghana with great nervousness tonight.

Ghana have three players from the Black Cat squad and now have Danny Welbeck who has been called up by Fabio Capello earlier this morning.

If Welbeck does manage to play some part of the game he is likely to face team mates, Asamoah Gyan, Sulley Muntari and John Mensah.

But although it`s a good look for the Premier League side its Bruce`s fear of injuries that will have him sweating during the game.

Speaking to BBC Newcastle, he said, “It’s my biggest worry, I hope they all come back from the international break injury-free.”

‘Make no mistake; the Ghanaians will be extremely tired from their jaunts.’

Ghana have travelled from the Republic of Congo to London after their emphatic 3-0 win on Sunday against the same country in which they`ve travelled from.
