Young Sunderland striker Mikael Mandron has joined League Two side Fleetwood Town on loan until the end of the season.
The 19-year old is in need of first team experience while Fleetwood boss Graham Alexander is looking for more goals from his side as they push for at least a play off spot.
Mandron has been with the Black Cats since 2011 and managed six goals in his first season in the u-18 side, before the Frenchman moved on to the u-21s. This season the forward has made six appearances for Kevin Ball`s side, scoring seven times.
He made two substitute appearances for the first team last season, coming on as a substitute at Aston Villa and Tottenham.
