Belgian Under 21 International, Simon Mignolet, 22, has become Sunderland’s second signing of preseason this afternoon.
Promising youngster, Mignolet has signed a 5 year deal from Sint-Truidense in Belgium and Steve Bruce has said that the club fought off a number of big clubs to land his signature.
Argentinian defender, Marcos Angeleri is expected to follow shortly through the entrance door of the Stadium of Light and with Niall Quinn hoping to have all signings concluded in time for Pre-season the transfer window should be hotting up.
