Sunderland head to London hoping to get their first away win of the season.
Sunderland face a Hammers team which includes Ex Blackcats defender George McCartney.
Dean Aston, James Collins, Anton Ferdinand, Scott Parker, Bobby Zamora, Kieron Dyer and Julien Faubert are all out. Ljungberg and Camara both face late fitness tests.
The Ex Arsenal player is skilful and very creative. We will have to keep him quite to get something out of the game.
Dean Whitehead, Carlos Edwards, Russell Anderson, Stan Varga, Andrew Cole and Kieran Richardson are all out injured.
Paul McShane is suspended after his sending off at Arsenal.
He has been in great form lately hopefully it will continue against West Ham.
Last time at Upton Park we were beaten by two goals to nil. Dean Ashton scored the first for the Hammers and Paul Konchesky grab their second.
In our last six league games against West Ham in London we have Won 1 , Draw 0 and Lost 5

We really should be going to London and expecting to come away with at least a point.
I think we will win this one 2-1
