Sunderland To Take On Harriers In FA Cup

Sunderland will take on Conference side Kidderminster Harriers in the fourth round of the FA Cup after they beat Peterborough United 3-2 last night.

The first game at Kidderminster ended in a 2-2 draw and at London Road last night Harriers had to fight back to book a place against the Black Cats.

Tommy Rowe put the home side in front after 26 minutes, but Harriers hit back in the second half with goals from Michael Gash and Jack Byrne that turned the game on its head.

A Britt Assombalonga penalty put Posh level again with 16 minutes left on the clock before Joe Lolley grabbed a third to make sure that Kidderminster are the only non league side left in the competition.
