Preston North End have confirmed that they have given Sunderland fans the whole Billy Shankly stand in order to get a ‘buzzing’ atmosphere.

Sunderland visit Deepdale next month and the PNE management are expecting a big Mackem following as usual.

The Black Cats have sold out their away allocations on three occasions this season – at Derby, Leeds and the upcoming fixture at Ipswich.
