Roy Keane has vented his frustration at the amount of injuries his have obtained this season. It doesn`t help when some of his players are unselect able due to suspension.

He told safc.com “We have a reserve game and we can`t risk anyone, we`ll have to use a young team.”

“I don`t know if the man upstairs is looking to help us out but we`re down to 16 or 17 players, we`re being stretched to the limits.”

“A lot of our players are playing with injury problems and it`s frustrating.”

We are missing many key players with the likes of Edwards, Richardson and Whitehead being out.

We are also missing other players who add depth to the squad. It certainly doesn`t help when players pick up silly bookings.

I believe we will start and climb the league once our injured players come available for selection.

We have been cursed this season but we are still holding our own which can only be seen as a positive. It will be like having a new squad once our key players are back and we strengthen our defence in Jan.

Looks like that kav will be staying with you then after he returns from hillsborough. Shame, he has been very good for us and would like him to come back for another month.
