Sunderland About To Sign South Korean

According to reports, Sunderland are on the verge of signing Swansea midfielder Ki Song-Yeung on a season long loan.

The Echo reports that the South Korean will soon be in the North East to seal his move after the close of discussions that have been going on for a two week period.

And the move will be quite a coop for Paolo Di Canio who has managed to capture a player that cost Swansea £6million just a year ago. It must be quite alarming for Swans fans to see a player slip down the pecking order so rapidly.

Ki will become Sunderland`s 12th signing of the summer.
