Sunderland second game of the season is a trip to the capital for this weekends encounter with Tottenham Hotspurs.
Ramos will be desperate to win his first game this season as his new look Spurs failed to impress at Boro losing the game 2-1.
Roy Keane will also be hoping to get his first win under his belt his new look Blackcats look to get their first points on the board.
Spurs are without Tom Huddlestone, Jamie O`Hara, Hossam Ghaly and Alan Hutton.
With it looking like he might be leaving will he be focused on the game. Hopefully his mind will be elsewhere and Spurs goal scoring threat will be significantly reduced.
Djibril Cisse has received international clearance and is set to make his debut as is David Healy.
Sunderland are without Teemu Tainio, Kenwyne Jones and Paul McShane through injury.
Our new striker will be looking to put Spurs to the sword and open his Sunderland account.
In our last six league games away to Tottenham we have Won 0, Draw 0 and Lost 6
Last time out Spurs won 2-0 with an early goal coming from Aaron Lennon then Robbie Keane getting the second with his 100 Spurs goal.
Mike Dean
It will be a tough game but I think we will just sneak it so I`ll go for a 1-2 win to Sunderland
