Sunderland have this lunchtime drawn League Two Morecambe in the Capital One Cup second round.
The Black Cats, along with all other non-European Premier League outfits, entered the draw at the second-round stage and will now face Morecambe at the Stadium of Light.
The Lancashire outfit beat Blackpool of the Championship 2-1 in round one to progress this far.
The game is set to be played on Tuesday August 28.
