Man of the Match V Villa

Craig Gordon has been voted Sunderland`s man of the match v Aston Villa by Vital Sunderland Readers. Gordon took 34% of the vote with Nyron Nosworthy in second place with 28%.

After losing his form earlier in the season Gordon was dropped by Keane.

Since then Gordon has regained his place and is now showing the form that gave Keane the confidence to pay 9 million quid for him.

Gordon`s form has come just at the right time to help the lads in their fight for survival.
