Liverpool are planning to raid Sunderland for the second time in six months according to multiple sources.

The Merseyside outfit are apparently looking to take Benin midfielder Stephane Sessegnon off of Martin O’Neill’s hands with offer ranging from between £8m-£15m.

Sessegnon is rumoured to be unsettled in Wearside with his family choosing to remain in France following his move to the Stadium of Light 12 months ago.

How true that is remains unclear, but the diminutive winger has been in sensational form recently all the same.

French giants Paris St Germain and Marseille are also interested in bringing the 27 year-old back to France, apparently.
