Sunderland were lucky to come away with a draw in this preseason friendly against Cork.

Keane made as many as 10 changes to the team which played Bohemians.

Anderson making his debut in defence along side Collins.

Cork scored through Denis Behan on 56, Behan latching onto the loose ball from the corner.

It was Liam Miller who saved Sunderland`s blushes on 75 as the Blackcats toothless forwards failed bag their chances. Miller full of running went passed two defenders to fire his shot into the back of the net

Stern John was the main culprit whom should have had a hat-trick if he had bagged his chances.

Richardson and Stokes also missed chances

How many chances are we going to miss before we buy a goal scorer. I personally feel it is going to be a long hard season if we fail to put our chances away come the start of the season.
