Young striker Jordan Cook looks set to become the latest Black Cat to link up with Greg Abbott’s Carlisle United.
The Cumbrians boss has revealed his interest in the 21 year-old this morning and is keen to push through a loan deal for the forward.
Cook is another successful graduate of the club’s academy system and has made three appearances for the club.
Sunderland-born Cook has also enjoyed loan spells with Darlington and Walsall in the last couple of years.
As soon as anything if official, Vital Sunderland will confirm it.
