Blackburn Loan For McClean?

A reported move to Celtic never materialised for James McClean, however the winger could still be on his way out of the Stadium of Light.

The winger is being lined up by Blackburn to try and aid a promotion push from the Championship but would the Irish international fancy the drop down though?
